Dr. Ousterhout will present a yearly preview of upcoming pipeline agents to help educate on issues including recent trends, comparisons with current available therapeutics, and information on agents that will become available in generic formulations in the near future.

Diversity Programs

A strong organization encourages diversity and appreciates different perspectives and contributions from all employees. As part of Commonwealth Medicine, the health care consulting division of UMass Medical School, we are committed to supporting employee diversity, equal opportunity, and affirmative action. 

Our collaborative cultural diversity team, which includes the Commonwealth Medicine Cultural Diversity Committee and Human Resources, strives to reach a wide range of goals:

  • Encourage the hiring, promotion, and retention of a diverse workforce
  • Provide equitable and diverse representation across all levels of the organization
  • Offer training and education that support individual career growth and encourage employee diversity
  • Develop opportunities for Commonwealth Medicine employees to receive recognition for their contributions to community service
