Clinical pharmacists from UMass Medical School’s Commonwealth Medicine division will present on Hepatitis C medication monitoring and opioid management at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy’s Nexus 2014: Connecting Health Care and Innovation on Oct. 8 and 9 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
